What is your current turnaround time?

Current turnaround time is about 3-4 weeks. This does not include weekends.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Once you receive a email stating your item has shipped, your item will arrive between 1-5 days depending on type of shipping selected. We will make every effort to ensure your items are delivered on time. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays in the postal service. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales on personalized items are final. Please make sure to closely proofread all spelling, capitalization, and order details before checking out as we are not responsible for these errors. Read our full return policy here.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you will have to place a new order.

How do I know what size to order?

Most of our items run true to size, unless otherwise stated. If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of reception if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Read our full return policy here.

Can I return a gift card?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Will my purchase be used for promotion for HLH Embroidery website or social media?
