Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales on personalized items are final. Please make sure to closely proofread all spelling, capitalization, and order details before checking out as we are not responsible for these errors. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us before checking out.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you feel your order was embroidered incorrectly or differently than what you ordered, please contact us at hlhembroidery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
